Roots of Resilience also hosts New Rancher Camp, a similar five-day introductory course, not gender specific, designed for anyone interested in entering the regenerative ranching world. These programs provide a welcoming entry point for people who didn’t grow up in agriculture but feel called to land-based work. 

Through hands-on learning and mentorship from experienced producers, participants gain practical insight into:

• Holistic grazing and ecosystem processes

• Livestock management

• Decision-making frameworks for land stewardship

• Building viable agricultural livelihoods

Our goal is to lower the barriers to entry into agriculture while ensuring that the next generation of producers is equipped with both ecological knowledge and sound decision-making tools.
